What is prayer?

​

To put it simply, prayer is conversation with God. When we pray, we humbly communicate, worship and sincerely seek God's face. We know that not only does God hear us when we pray, but He loves us and will respond, though not always in a manner we may expect or desire. God has our best interest at heart.

At Maricopa Assembly we believe in the power of prayer, and its importance in maintaining a healthy personal relationship with God, as well as building a healthy church congregation.

Prayer ministry meets at the church, weekly, Thursday mornings at 9:00 A.M. and in the Prayer Room on Sundays, 9:30–10:00 A.M.
